Paying Lip Service to Judiciary

UHS particularly has been fighting a war of its survival ,it is probably the University against which so many Court Cases had been filed before going to any detail it should be borne in mind that majority is never wrong. Why so many cases? Why there was quite when there was only Punjab University who was destined to confer the Medical Degrees

Blatant Contradictions to Supreme Court Rulings. It seems Health Universities are fond of this bigotry of rusticating ardent Medical Students

UHS allowed only those students who were expelled in Year 2006, which was bloodily against the decorum of Justice which restored even those who were our seniors, Juniors and Class fellows


Even repeated Court Cases filed by about to be expelled Medical Students could not Teach our “Learned” Syndicates to stop the mimicry of limitation of Chances




The Most Killing blunder is that the students who were expelled in the year 2004 and 2005 are not restored and allowed to give Examination, which is height of Discrimination with them



It has happened in the history that 1st Professional Students had been allowed even 5th Chance by HIGH Court Lahore.







Three years back University of Health Sciences Lahore (UHS) ,a new University conferring Medical Degrees to graduates when there are two others at same time in same city had carried “Suprasupplementary” (Suprasupplementary means another examination conducted after supplementary examination or 2nd Annual Strange? Indeed it is
It never happens in reality )
through whole years (1st , 2nd ,3rd, 4th & 5th Year) with blatant contradiction with its rule regarding fourth chance and Supreme Court Later, Why? Obviously (Man Its True :) due to enmity of scores of students about to be expelled from Eight medical colleges who showed this by doing strikes and disorder
Those students appeared in Composite prof are not more privileged .They got REGULAR four chances and 5th ONE THROUGH Courts. SURELY POLICY IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG THAT’S WHY COURT IS ACCOMODATING THE STUDENTS
Law can never be wrong for it is for subjects’ betterment, Its sure that syndicate is wrong they fail to change despite accommodating of Medical Students by Courts. Syndicate ‘s ardent desire of Chances Riddle is not quenching at all. Let me place you a simple question,.

Blunders Continued

If we look back Punjab University Lahore had been granting 4th Chance to the students who had failed after segregation First Professional MBBS Exam. E.g. Writ Petition 3013/2006 filed by six students of by King Edward and Fatima Jinnah Medical College Lahore in Lahore High Court. The University has been granting 5th Chance even to those failing in first Prof before segregation of First Professional MBBS Examination. There are many similar instances
One university is accommodating the students other is deserting the student .

Who is this who wants to bring “break through” in the MEDICAL PROFESSION by kicking and humiliating the students out of the college. We tell that the “dreamy” Break through is impossible if we carry on Monkeying with Medical students. The worthy professor should be asked about the outcome of his experiment, in fact they all will be speechless or speak IRRELEVENT LIKE ALL FALLACIES

Court have granted scores of Attempts to Medical Students to go through first professional Composite Examination Were Courts wrong? Surely Judiciary works on evidence and logic.
THERE ARE SCORES OF CASED OF EXTRA CHANCES THAT SHE HAD BESTOWED UPON.
We are accommodating students giving them Medical Leaves Extra Chances Grace Marks {10 Grace marks About 2%} (Violation of Supreme Court )
Is this Profession needs to be run by rule of Jungle? Can you do anything with Careers and Lives of Students
Those students who are failing in First Professional MBBS Exam are expelled with reason “Not fit to become a Doctor”. But who is going ask those who had been pulling their weight after passing First Professional MBBS Exam and repeatedly failing in subsequent Exams even for more then five years. There are scores of them just get into hostels of any Medical College

Some are privileged a students appeared in 1st Professional after “three” years: by giving silly pretexts like GOING ABROAD, GOING TO MARRIAGE CERMONY ,ENGAGEMENT, ILL HEALTH and then expelled; e.g. A student of Rawalpindi Medical College Rawalpindi of 2003 entry Fail in all visit www.uhs.edu.pk/results for Details

WE WERE NEVER TOLD OF THE FACT THAT IF YOU ARE UNPREPARED FOR EXAM YOU CAN PUT IT OFF RATHER WE WERE CRAMMED THE WORDS AVAILED OR UNAVAILED CHANCE WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER YOU BECOME ELIGIBLE)

Students had been granted grace marks so as to “fulfill” the so called deficiency
University of Health Sciences allowed few students of Punjab Medical College and Allama Iqbal Medical College to reappear in the subjects in which they failed by grace marks
Going in Contradiction with Supreme Court’s ruling “A Child’s Play” indirectly who drew a line at giving grace marks to the “Medical Students" who are to play survivor’s role” are not worthy to become a doctor by getting “grace marks”
Or going in contradiction with fundamental rule (again reflected by Supreme Court {again Child’s Play}) of giving fourth chance to students failing by Grace Marks thus adopting some students and orphaning many others from the privilege SC PLD 243.
IF GOVERNOR GOT THE RIGHT AS IT IS IN THE ORDINANCES OF MAKING OF ANY HEALTH UNIVERSITIES ,THIS SIMPLY MEANS THAT GOVERNOR INHERITED THE POWER TO ALTER A DECISION TO ITS WILL (IF HE IS EMOTIONALLY TOUCHED!!!) BY BRUTALLY VOILATING THE SUPREME COURT IN TWO PLACES, SO GOVERNOR SOMETIMES SUPERCEDES SUPREME COURT. A SIMPLE DEDUCTION WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE

Obviously Expelled entered a severe competition of getting into medical colleges top one in 1500 seats while thousands are competing. Well they are the poor they are sufferer and they are the writers of this Column

Health Universities including PMDC & University of Health Sciences had taken Judiciary “trivial”
University of Health Sciences Pakistan Medical Dental Council & University of Punjab they had taken the Honorable Courts as a trifle. They have taken them trivially by allowing medical students for a new drama of Supra Supplementary Exam to safeguard Students who are going to loose an extra Year plus fifth chance to First Professional MBBS students but who will safeguard whose whole careers are ditched. whose whole life is at stake. We are given only three chances and we are kicked out of the medical Colleges by tagging us non serious bluffers.
Why UHS has granted Extra Chance to some students in spite of ruling by Supreme Court



Did their “Divine Orders” decreased the mortality rates? Its nothing but mirage , this utopia never existed NOR it will by these “very urgent and life saving measures”? Did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

We are asking extra chances to attempt as our predecessors got. For ourselves SINCE OUR DESCENDENTS HAD GOT TOO!!!!

Is it not due to the fact that we cant protest at Parliament we can not cause disorder. its is neither Murder Case nor it’s a Rape Case ,it is a question of careers of hundreds of medical students in present and future
