There is a very interesting and thought provoking phenomenon of expelling students “for good” in our Medical Colleges of our Country after failing thrice in First Professional MBBS examination. Not only our Courts are in predicament now but also the our Health Universities “Health Conscious “which serve as altar to slaughter scores of young “ardent” Medical Students each year.
There is a rule that suggests that any medical student who fails to pass his first Professional MBBS examination in “available three chances availed or not availed” ‘According to revelation of Gospel’ ” will be expelled from the college and is ineligible to pursue further medical education in “Pakistan”, of course he can, outside.

Mr. Professor :“Dear Patient we have hushed the evil Ghost out”
Patient: “Err..um. But why is then still Dark around while you say we have hushed the evil ghost out”

Mr. Pr might be right that they have “eradicated” morons out, but who will decide he himself quite “old” is sane and Mr. Right” too

There was much wrong before this rule. Monkeying with pathetic medical students and devising this “rule" made everything alright. Right?


It has been observed in the past decades that whosoever enters medical college does go through those who do not, are expelled, labeled “non-serious ones”.
But what was before University Of Health Sciences and segregation of First Prof MBBS exam, Students getting FIVE SOLID CHANCES “FOR GOOD” by doing a simple court case, a loss of few thousand Rupees and “the beloved patient” is risked.
This something which oozes out of their bigotry called Medical Feudalism.

They are such in hurry to expel a medical student after he has “allowed to perform according to their frame” and then humiliate him out. What happens to their doom, what happens to their family. These new ideas of “breaking new ground” has broke only our skulls.

Expulsions Detentions in Medical profession considered trivial but these had raised much degrees of suicides madness in medical colleges there are scores of examples in the medical colleges of Punjab.
But our Policymakers are not coming out of the shell of totally fake “research, enlightenment, and academic excellence”
Segregating First Professional Exam in two parts ,an other sword of Internal Assessment etc are fairy milestones achieved by PU, & UHS WHICH DID NO GOOD AT ALL TO SUFFERING PATIENTS (of whom they proudly claim) BUT INSTEAD IT DELIBATED STUDENTS

What is new in their so called Doctrines they need same templates, their provisions of “Drastic Changes in Syllabi” had “enticed” them to adopt these reprehensible and Slovene Policies which bankrupt a young man. Their strategy is beyond wisdom,

We mean how can we consider ourselves triumphant when we feeblise a body and soul by imposing Jig-Saws like Number of Attempts ,Internal Assessment and above the mockery of ABOSOULTE CONTRADICTIONS AGAINST THE DECISIONS OF HONOURABLE COURTS and doctrines of power ….

WE STEPWISE DICUSS HOW THESE “PROVISIONS” ORGY WITH POOR STUDENT
Lets take General things into account which can be negated in few lines whose existences are just feudalistic thoughts of our “brightest professors”

Internal Assessment
Internal Assessment (College Performance through out the year) makes a 20% crucial share of final Score.

That is 220 Marks out of 1100 are to be decided by Medical College which is absolutely a windfall score or in a slang language TOTAL GAMBOL

The reason behind it is the general loopholes in the conduction and tabulation of tests and way of examining strongly swings the results, A student in one college may get advantage out of it, and other might be penalized.

Is it just to sacrifice this much amount on the conscience of Test Conductors. Is it not a bit more than needed whose authenticity and genuinity is challengeable.

A person who can buy these tests by fake means who have access in tempering the scores. Internal Assessments is not reliable at all because it is non uniform ,e.g
1. In one medical college there are Six tests while other conducts One.
· One College conducts written other only oral.
· One conducts descriptive while the other college “poses” difference by conducting MCQs ,a truly casinoed method of assessing a student
· One college conducts send-up and consider it for internal assessment. (Preparatory Examination before University Examination) other DOES NOT FANCY TO
· One College sends admission to University without taking into account attendance while other simply do not
· A person who has not good academic background in tests he knows he had already lost 20% what good can he perform in rest of 80%
· One conducts a session of Tests in Summer Vacations for those who “could not” give with regular class.
Actually assigning 20% share to College Performance through out the year is ridiculous, this is again a firework by new policymakers. In this fireworks only those students get trapped who do not get adjusted and those who are not counseled against the gravity of tests.
The reality is much different ,its just an appendage to exercise their Feudalism again if our learned Professors were placed in such Scenario they would never had been able to make up. We Claim!

They are neither a good Physician nor a Just Professors
Internal Assessment once submitted can never be changed its somewhat attributed as impossible. A student at one time is not allowed to revise their assessment on the other hand this crucial share is “given away” in the form of Dummy Tests which are held in Vocation Again Day Scholars (Local Students of Medical College) GET BENEFIT FROM THIS OPPPORTUNITY THAT’S WHY DAY SCHOLARS SELDOM GET EXPELLED.
People from Lower Punjab who has to transverse 600km on Trains ignore them due to their natural unadjustment manias (because of lack of Counseling) and long Distances
These Medical Colleges are factories where whole examination is taken to privilege a student, obviously many others benefit from this act of kindness, special kindness.
There are many instances when the Internal Assessment is Disputed hence the Medical College is again asked to submit the “exact or revised” assessment again some sort of game of Dice

What actually arte Criterions of Internal Assessment why are there so Many Leakages why is there so much contradiction, in a single Medical Colleges. The reality is this that these scores are used to tamper the results of Academically weak students otherwise University already knows the Academics of Mr. Student.
There was no story of that much big share before year 2002 when there was first Professional Composite Examination.

THIS HISTORY PRESENTED A “PROVISIONAL PROFILE” WHICH WAS TAKEN ABOSOLUTE NOW-A-DAYS AT THE TIME OF RESULT,by UHS, PU etc CASINOING ONE’S FUTURE BY ALLOCATING 20% SHARE
Why this chink rule was not conceived at their “Stone’s Age Time? Why now?
