WICKED RULE;COULD I

Recently PMDC has promulgated a rule in its 107th Meeting that now from now onwards (June 2007) the Number of Chances to Clear First Professional Part-I & Part-II ARE FOUR NOT BLOODY THREE.
Where is their sense of proportion? They are running Health infrastructure on Chance? They intend to run College as factories of money making?
All matter is the sense of Proportion., they did a practical joke with the Medical Students of 2002.2003, and 2004
What a pity Students of 2001 earlier and 2005 later all enjoy Four attempts and “ would be 5 Attempts” and we fast on THREE ALONG WITH BLOODIEST DISGRACE, DISHONOUR AND IGNOMINY in the intervening period of Promulgation of this rule.
THEY MUST BE PENALIZED FOR IT. WHY THEY HAD YIELDED TO 2005 ENTRY AND WHY THEY HAD NOT YIELDED TO US WHO HAD BEEN TRYING FOR SCORES OF MONTHS
Since the establishment of PMDC 1962 A.D the Number of Chances Were 4 then in 2002 UHS was formed it did its sole job of decreasing number of Chances to Three and impoverished Batches between 2002, 2003, & 2004(RESTORED TOO see below)
After five years PMDC noted her fault and RESTORED again the previous rule by entering shamelessly a word “onwards” which UHS happily reaccepted like…
This explicitly shows their mismanagement in making Policy
What we have done? What is our deed that we are being ruined why a student of 2005 and 2001 gets a chance, and we in between intervening batches are PUSHED TO THE WALL.
We predict after these new students who avail the GRACIOUS FOUR chances will come to High Courts and Ask for Fifth Chance citing that People in 2001 backwards use to Get Five Chances ,so we should must too!
Teaching is a Profession which demands a sense of Equality and Proportion which is bloodily Violated by UHS And PMDC
Accommodate us. like you will accommodate the coming students of 2005,this fact is based upon Logic and Precedence.

Horror Horror!!!!!! Blind INJUSTICE
Pakistan Medical and Dental Council in its 107th session held on 30th April & 1st May, 2007 was pleased to decide that from now ONWARDS a maximum of four chances each in part-I and part-II of the First Professional MBBS examination (whether appeared or not) be allowed to a student. This is in super session of the earlier decision of maximum of three chances.
Similarly The Chancellor University of Health Sciences, Lahore issued a directive to the Principals of Medical Colleges of Punjab No.UHS/CE-07/446 dated 06-03-2007. According to the directive Honorable Chancellor allowed the students, who appeared in the 1st Prof. Part-II MBBS Annual 2006 examination availing their THIRD and LAST CHANCE and failed in a SINGLE subject by a margin of UPTO 5 MARKS, to appear in the said examination ONE LAST TIME as a SPECIAL CASE
AGAIN a more touching story appeared that those students who were expelled in Annual or Supplementary 2006 are restored and called back to give examination, which makes us think that what the devil they mean by these tomfooleries, also previously


Chancellor gave 4th attempt to those students who failed in single subject by grace marks


PMDC Restored the earlier decision of FOUR chances



UHS allowed only those students who were expelled in Year 2006, which was bloodily against the decorum of Justice which restored even those who were our seniors, Juniors and Class fellows (Our Class fellows, Seniors and Juniors are giving Examination on 17th and 21st of November 2007 and we are writing this DRAMATIC IRONY). Irrespective of Their year of Registrations they had been allowed the Privilege

The Most Killing blunder is that the students who were expelled in the year 2004 and 2005 are not restored and allowed to give Examination, which is height of Discrimination with them
It has happened in the history that 1st Professional Students had been allowed even 5th Chance by HIGH Court Lahore.
Courts never PREDICT!!!!!!!


FROM 1962 TO 2001 THE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS WERE FOUR,FROM 2002 TO 2004,THE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS WERE THREE NOW HA “ONWARDS” 2005 THE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS ARE FOUR: THE INTERVENENING BATCHES ARE NOT STEPS SONS OR DAUGHTERS?
WHY SO?

How amusing it will look like when a student of 2005 will go to UHS for asking 5th Chance and UHS will say we had not given Fourth Chance to students of 2002. 2003. 2004 and you ask for Fifth
